This is my best friend Adam Baumel
He is quite possibly one of the kindest most decent and honorable men I’ve ever known. He’s also a shameless socialist Democrat running against a painfully foolish and unqualified Republican in a devoutly conservative district.
He’s also a veteran who dropped out of school so that he could serve his country in the Navy in a time of war.
He’s my son‘s godfather and is always the first phone call I receive whenever anything meaningful in my life takes place.
He is now officially the Democratic nominee for New York’s state assembly seat 64, running in a seat that was tailor-made so that only Republicans could win. Running in the district that doesn’t usually even get a Democrat to run against the Republican. And here is walking the streets giving people a choice.
